Jim the miniature schnauzer

Meet Jim, an adorable black miniature schnauzer! He is a petite, chill little guy, who already loves snuggles. He is the smallest in the litter, weighing just under 2.5 lbs at 6 weeks old and should make a wonderful companion.

His mom is Qi'ra, our attentive black miniature schnauzer momma, and his dad is Bjorn, our loyal black and silver miniature schnauzer male. Qi'ra is 15 lbs and 15", while Bjorn is 18 lbs and 15". As such, we expect Jim to weigh 14-15 lbs and be around 14-15" tall, a great size for a miniature schnauzer.

Qi'ra is registered with APRI and Bjorn with AKC; Jim will be registrable with APRI, if desired. He will be microchipped before going to his new home.

Jim was born in and is being raised in our home with our seven children, so he gets lots of love and attention every day! As he grows, he will also be exposed to our other dogs of various sizes, so he will be well socialized all around. Jim will come up to date on his shots and preventative wormings and will be given a thorough health check by our beloved vet. Jim's tail has been docked short. He will also receive several groomings while here with us, so as to get him used to being groomed before going home.
